Perhaps the most glamorous part of New York City in the opening months of Fall is New York Fashion Week. Everyone wants to see the new collections in full runway action. And last Fall, Arianna and another writer alongside her, Rachel Veroff, got to sit front row at the Esé Azénabor SS 16 show.
Between the embroidery, luxurious fabrics, and beadwork displayed on each vibrant and hand crafted garment, the show was brilliantly captivating from the opening look to the finale.
After the show, Arianna was able to interview the designer, Esé Azénabor, in person.
“The simplest garment took me four weeks to finish,”Azénabor told us after the show. “But the entire collection took me six months. Just for the New York Fashion Week collection, I worked everyday nonstop.”
